:: A Quick Kroger Reference Guide – Top things to know
- When a any item is on sale, B1G1 Free, use two coupons (you are getting two items.) You do not have to buy 2 items to get the B1G1 price (this would mean buying one items gets you 50% off.)
- Always combine sales, store coupons, digital cell coupons & manufacturer coupons when you can.
- My Kroger in, Cypress Texas, doubles coupons up to .50¢ & triples coupons up to .35¢. Check with your local Kroger to confirm exactly how their double/triple coupon policy works.
- In order to get the lowest price, you must scan your Kroger card at check out. Also, load your Kroger card with ecoupons, Here Here, and Here before you shop. You can combine these electronic coupons with store coupons.
- For every $100 you spend in groceries within a month using your Kroger Plus Card. Save .10¢ Per Gallon off any grade fuel on your next fill up at the Kroger Fuel Center. Must be awarded in one transaction, one vehicle. 25 Gallon Maximum Fill-up. (*Excludes Alabama Fuel Centers by law.)
- Attach your Upromise card, here for long term savings.

Kroger Pharmacies offer a 30-day supply of more than 300 prescriptions for only $4, or 90-day supplies for only $10. Download a complete list of eligible medications and check to see if your local pharmacy participates.
